STEAM Minds Academy is a private K–12 micro school and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every learner. We provide a sensory-friendly, inclusive environment where students explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics through hands-on, project-based learning. Our team is committed to nurturing the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally—while honoring individual strengths, learning styles, and interests. As a mission-driven nonprofit school, we believe education should spark joy, encourage critical thinking, and empower students to build the skills they need for a successful future.

Andrea Morales is the founder of STEAM Minds Academy, a nonprofit private micro school dedicated to creating opportunities in STEM for every student. She founded the school to serve as a bridge between students and real-world STEM experiences, partnerships, and career pathways.
